RoomWorth creator format

The room is the hook. The outcome is the proof.

A repeatable short-form series that turns RoomWorth's core interaction into a story viewers can audit: scan, reveal, choose, then return with the real result.

30-second silent prototype

“I scanned this room for 60 seconds.”

This prototype uses the deterministic demo room and illustrative ranges. It is a visual template, not a real scan or sale claim. Production episodes should replace every sample range and result with recorded RoomWorth output and a verified transaction log.

01

What was worth selling?

I scanned this room for 60 seconds. Here’s what was actually worth reviewing.

Room scan → item-by-item range counter → sample room total → the three items selected for listings.

02

What actually sold?

Thirty days later: here’s what sold, what didn’t, and what I’d price differently.

Original estimate → verified channel → realized price → days to sell → direct costs → honest miss.

03

Sell or donate?

This room looked valuable. After fees and time, only four items cleared the sell threshold.

Expected net counter → deadline → sell/donate/recycle decisions → cleared-room result.

The outcome ledger is non-negotiable

Each real episode needs an internal ledger with the item ID, recorded estimate, chosen channel, list date, listed price, direct costs, final sold price, and sold date. If an item did not sell, say so. If the identity or condition changed after a close-up, show the correction. The strongest content is not “RoomWorth was always right”; it is “RoomWorth made the decision visible, and here is what reality changed.”

  • Never label a sample range as a realized value.
  • Never stage a sold follow-up or hide unsold selections.
  • Show gross and net separately when fees or delivery matter.
  • Get permission before filming a person's room or transaction evidence.
  • Remove addresses, faces, messages, receipts, and buyer details from public footage.

Production rhythm

Publish episode 01 when the room is cataloged, a 10-to-20 second listing update after publication, and episode 02 after the deadline or sale. One room therefore produces a reveal, a decision clip, several item cuts, and an outcome follow-up without inventing extra stories.
