Privacy notice · updated July 22, 2026

Room scans happen in private spaces.

This beta uses sampled frames and catalog data to provide the requested scan and listing-draft workflow. Avoid recording people, documents, screens, medication, access systems, and other sensitive material. Review frames before submitting.

Analytics and iOS launch interest

Public pages include Ahrefs web analytics and PostHog product analytics. Guide instrumentation records page and CTA context, referral, and UTM values; it does not make a resale-price benchmark from calculator inputs. Do not enter personal information into campaign parameters.

If you voluntarily submit the iOS launch form, RoomWorth stores the normalized email address and form context in its private object storage solely to deliver one App Store launch notice and measure that launch. PostHog receives the conversion event but not the submitted email. Do not submit someone else's address. The address is not included in room scans or resale-price training data and should be removed after the launch notice is sent.

Retention and deletion

Use the product deletion control to remove a scan and its generated work product. Local downloads, exports, marketplace copies, or device photos must be removed separately. The beta does not yet advertise a private support inbox; do not post private data in the public issue tracker.

Third-party links

Guides link to government agencies, marketplaces, nonprofits, and other sources. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. Marketplace publication is a separate user-approved action.

Contact

Use the contact page for the current non-sensitive correction route. A private privacy-request channel and counsel-reviewed notice are required before broader collection or commercialization.
